1. Specification
This motor is the power saving enhanced version of Quanshun 205 spoke series motor. The spoke motor can be equipped with different types of hub 17 inch, 18 inch, 19 inch and so on through different lengths of spokes. The hub motor is suitable for different types of large hub spoke electric vehicles. This motor is very suitable for electric motorcycle users to modify and upgrade. They can consume less power than those standard versions. The electric vehicle has a long driving range and is suitable for overpressure (to achieve the user's satisfactory speed through overpressure). This type of motor is a power-saving enhanced version, which is higher than that of the same power motor in the market. It is more energy-saving when using. Enhanced means that all the accessories are completely beyond the power configuration. There is no pressure when using in harsh environment, such as overpressure, such as high current, etc.
2. Motor configuration and parameters

3. Selection of controller
The power of the controller should be greater than or equal to the power of the motor. Different users can customize their own motors according to their actual conditions and needs. This motor is recommended to be matched with a controller with a current limit of 50-80a (an external controller is preferred, which has better heat dissipation), and the current limit should be appropriately increased to 100a when overvoltage is used. The higher the speed of the motor, the higher the current limit of the controller. KEB controller can choose keb72451 or keb72450, acceleration violence can choose keb72601 or 72801. 4. Motor speed selection
(1) The speed of the spoke motor = the speed of the motor X60 x 0.85x the circumference of the tire. Customers need to customize the speed. To improve the circumference or diameter of the tire, the more standard the data provided, the more standard our customized speed is.
(2) The rated voltage of this Quanshun motor can be set at 48V In other words, the speed of 30km / h or 30km / h or 50km / h can be customized under 48V voltage. In 60V voltage, the speed of 30km / h or 40km / h or 50km / h can be customized. In 72V voltage, 84v voltage and 96V voltage, the above speed can be customized (96V speed is not recommended). The rated maximum speed of this motor is 80km / h, According to the speed of the motor produced by customers, the actual use will be a little different, because different models; different electric vehicle configurations (lithium electric car is light, lead-acid car will be heavy, double battery is heavier); different tire models; different road conditions, the above factors all affect the actual speed, our constant speed and customer requirements are relatively close, abnormal users can exceed 1 00 yards.
(3) When selecting the motor, the customer should choose the speed and voltage according to their actual conditions. Generally, the speed is 40-50km / h. It is recommended to use the motor under 48-60v power supply voltage (higher voltage is better). When the speed is 50-70km / h, it is recommended to use the motor under 60-72v power supply voltage. For users who need to improve the speed of electric motorcycle upgrade, it is recommended to use it under 72V power supply voltage. The advantages of high voltage: (1) power = voltage x current, high voltage can reduce the actual current. (2) 72V has a larger capacity than 48 and 60V, so the mileage is longer.
(4) Speed selection: power = motor speed (speed) x motor torque (torque = motor rotation torque = motor force). Under the same voltage, the faster the motor speed, the smaller the torque. Users are advised to choose low speed motor when climbing or loading. When the user is unable to confirm the required speed, it is recommended to choose his own minimum speed requirement (if the speed plan is 50-70km / h, choose 50km / h). It is recommended to choose 55-60km / h when the normal speed is 50km / h. Don't blindly pursue (the sooner the better).
(5) Power consumption of motor: the faster the electric vehicle is, the worse the start (slow acceleration), the higher the power consumption (high heating) and the shorter the driving range. This is because the faster the speed, the greater the wind resistance, and there is resistance when the tire rubs against the road. That is to say, the faster the speed, the greater the resistance given to the car. The greater the resistance, the more power consumption of the motor will reduce the mileage. Therefore, the faster the speed, the greater the power consumption and the shorter the mileage. 5. Select the motor specification
