<2> What to do if the car is powered on and not running (1) Check whether the battery output of the electric car is normal. If the output is too low, the battery is bad. Urgent need to replace the battery
(2) Pull out the brake cable section. If the car turns to prove that the handlebar is broken, the handlebar must be replaced or repaired. It is OK to use the meter 2 and the tube to measure the handlebar (normal long-closed handlebar)
(3) Check the handlebar. Short-circuit the handlebar and the signal line with an iron wire. If the car turns, it proves that the handlebar is broken and needs to be replaced or repaired urgently. Turn on the power and turn the handle. Use a universal meter to measure the positive and signal wires. There is a positive 5V 〈1-4〉 Rotary handle
(4) Whether the controller is good or not, you can short-circuit the positive 5V of the switch cable. If the switch is turned, the controller is okay. The simplest way is to smell the controller for burnt smell. If there is, it proves that the controller is broken.
(5) Check whether the motor is good or bad. If the carbon brush of the motor is not contacted properly, it will cause a little failure
<3> How to repair the electric vehicle motor <Brushed and brushless> (1) If the brushed motor is measured with a universal meter, it proves that the motor is good or bad
(2) The eight lines of the brushless motor are black, red, yellow, green, blue, big yellow, big, green, and big blue. The black line of the motor is used up with the red pen of the energy meter. The three lines are blocked with a black pen. The proof is between 650-750. No problem with the motor
(3) The brush motors of electric vehicles generally replace the carbon brushes. Before opening, pay attention to whether the friction between the changer and the carbon brush is not connected. If so, rub the changer with sandpaper to keep the same distance from the carbon brush.

<4> Change the controller for electric vehicles. Brushed and non-brushed (1) The brushed controller is easy to change with the ordinary line controller, but the battery display version is 12V to 36V, and 36 direct 12V battery display version is used (but it is not allowed to change the same as if it is not changed)
